Where are your products made?
We make them right here in Warroad, MN on our beautiful Lake of the Woods. Our fragrances are MN
themed and inspired and if you’ve ever visited Minnesota or you make your home here, you’ll know
what we mean by ‘Minnesota Night’ or ‘Cabin Fever’. We source our ingredients such as our beeswax
locally, grow our own organic herbs, and we love to work with area artisans to bring you a truly ‘Minnesota made’ product.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders will ship between 2 – 4 business days via USPS. Larger orders may ship with SpeeDee, UPS,
or FedEx depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. At
this time, we only ship in the continental US. Please note that processing times may be longer during the holidays.
The scent I love is ‘OUT OF STOCK’, when will it be available again?
Some (not all) of our seasonal fragrances will only be available during certain times of the year. We do
not mass produce, so in order to keep our stock fresh, we will wait until that fragrance is in season
again. Please keep an eye on our social media pages for restock dates and new releases.
Can I stop by and shop and see what you have available?
We don’t have a retail area set up for shopping. You can, however, shop in person locally at one of our stockists. Please see our homepage for stores that carry our products.
I live in the area, can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
ABSOLUTELY! Just select ‘Local Pickup’ when you check out. If you have a time that you’d like to stop by, let us know in the order ‘Notes’ section and we will have your order packed up and ready. We like to have at least 24 hours notice, but if you need to pick up your order sooner, just send us an email or text message and we will do our best to accommodate your pickup time.
I just saw that you released a new soap on Facebook/Instagram, but it’s already sold out!
We make all of our products in small batches which we believe makes for a better quality product for you, our awesome customer. Because of the small batch size, there is a limited quantity of each soap available. We suggest that if you see a new product that is soon to be available on our website, you make note of that day of release and be sure to get yours before they sell out.
My favorite soap is ‘SOLD OUT’, can you make more and have it ready by tomorrow?
Most of our soap is made by cold process method which takes a minimum of 4 or more weeks of cure time before it’s ready to sell. We can however do custom orders of glycerin soap, if you’re interested in purchasing an order of 10 bars or more. Glycerin soap is available in limitless colors and fragrances, but availability will be based on our current workload. Please PM us for more information.
I’d love to stop by sometime and watch you make soap/wax melts/candles. Do you ever give tours of your shop and show people what you do?
The short answer is no. We do love that you’re interested in our processes, but our insurance doesn’t allow our people to be near our manufacturing area with the dangerous chemicals and all. Do look for videos and shots of us working on our Facebook page though!
I’d like to learn how to make soap/wax melts/candles. Will you teach me?
Sorry guys, that’s also a no. Aside from me being impatient, highly critical, and an overall terrible instructor (my poor kids), it’s a process that’s better learned from people who LOVE teaching the craft. I suggest starting with some beginner books on Amazon and watching YouTube. I started by watching the Soap Queen herself, Anne-Marie Faiola. The best advice that I can give is to really take your time and learn the chemistry involved. I studied for almost a year before I made my first candle in 1999.
